DTE ( Directarate of Technical Education Assam has been announced the Assam Polytechnic Admission Test (PAT) Resuots 2015 its Official Websit (www.dteassam.in) od DTE Assam Resuots official Website. The admission in various Diploma and Certificate Courses in Engineering and Technology offered by State Polytechnics of Assam (except for Diploma in Modern Office Management) is given based on the merit list / result of the candidates in Polytechnic Admission Test (PAT) conducted by Directorate of Technical Education, Assam (DTE Assam) . The students who have passed H.S.L.C. or its equivalent examination from the Board of Secondary Education, Assam or its equivalent Examination from any other recognized Board of Education/ Examinations or T.S.L.C. Examination of S.C.I.E., Assam in a single sitting are eligible to appear in PAT and for admission in the Polytechnic courses. The students seeking admission in Diploma in Modern Office Management in Assam should have passed H.S.S.L.C. Examination in Arts, Science or Commerce from the Assam Higher Secondary Education Council or its equivalent examination from recognized Boards or Universities in a Single sitting and the Principal, Girls' Polytechnic will conduct a test in the subject English on the day of interview and admission.

Assam PAT 2015 is likely to be held in May 2015 and notification for the same is expected to be issued by DTE Assam sometime in March / April 2015. The notification for the Assam Polytechnic Admission Test 2015 is likely to be published in the news papers apart from publishing the same on official website of DTE Assam i.e. www.dteassam.in which the candidates may refer for latest news of Assam PAT 2015. The application forms for PAT 2015 will be available at all Polytechnic Institutes / Colleges in Assam after the issue of notification.
