BIHAR Common Entrance Test is conducting this examination for both the Engineering and for the Bio Medical students who wish to do their studies in the path they want. This exam creates an opportunity to get the seat in the BIHAR colleges.
The candidates who wish to join via BIHAR Common Entrance Test should have passed a minimum of Higher Secondary Certificate exam conducted by any state board or central board or from any other recognized board.
The candidates who wish to join via BIHAR Common Entrance Test should pass in their qualifying examination may be of any form like 10 + 2 schema or 10 + 3 or its equivalent examination schema.
They should have their major subjects as Chemistry, Physics, Mathematics and Biology. These subjects are mandatory and they must have studied their HSC with these subjects.
The final year candidates who doing their final year of their HSC can also able to apply for the exam. But those students have to submit their original certificates at the time of admission. Those who are failing to produce their original certificates are considered to be as disqualified.
For engineering steam there is no age restriction to do their B.Tech / B.E.
But for Medical stream they must have completed a minimum of 17 years of age at the time of admission.
The candidates who wish to join via BIHAR Common Entrance Test and who belongs to SC / ST, they have 5 years of relaxation in the upper age limit.
