Assam Public Service Commission release recruitments every year. Numerous candidates apply for APSC recruitments. APSC selection process is based on the written examination and Interview. Candidates who apply for APSC jobs they have to give examination. Here on this section we are providing you APSC Exam syllabus which will help you during the exam period. The written examination consists of two stages:
Main Examination
· Preliminary Examination

Main Examination- Main examination consists of a written examination and viva-voce test. Main examination covers following sections:
Paper I-General English (English Preparation Tips)
Paper II- General Studies
Paper III- Any two optional subjects to be selected from the list of optional subject (two papers each)
Paper IV- Any two optional subjects to be selected from the list of optional subject (two papers each)

Preliminary Examination- Preliminary Examination consists of two papers.
Paper I- General Studies
Paper-II- One optional subject to be selected from the list of optional subjects
Selection method: written examination/Interview.

How to apply/get application form
Application forms are obtainable from the Issue and Receipt Section of the Assam Public Service Commission, Jawahar Nagar, Khanapara Guwahati-22 on written requisition addressed to the Dy.Secretary, APSC stating clearly name of the post and Dept during office hours or downloading the same from the APSC website www.apsc.nic.in
