Roles of the Branch Operations Manager:

The Branch Operations Manager is expected to take care of Retails Assets Loan processing, business proposals, branch audits, clearing functions and leading service teams. They should act as a backup to the branch manager. On selection, candidates will be posted in the Deputy Manager cadre.
