The Karnataka State Open University is the well reputed open system university in all the established universities. The open education system is also known as the distance learning education system. The Karnataka state open university provides the education for that kind of child who are physically handicapped and some that kind of students who belongs from low income families. The university was inaugurated on June 1, 1996 under the Karnataka Govt. The university has all kinds of departments of the students according to their interest .
